The whistleblower channel of Cimento Tupi was created to offer to its employees, partners, customers and suppliers, means of communicating conducts that do not match the company’s values or that violet the current legislation. The whole communication process is confidential and secure.

The information will be received by an independent company, which guarantees the absolute secrecy and the proper treatment for each situation by the Ethics Committee of Cimento Tupi (Comitê de Ética da Cimento Tupi).

In order to maintain confidentiality and credibility of the channel, the conduct of the investigation of complaints must be secret. However, those who file the complaint can follow the outcome of the process through a protocol number.

The channel operates on the phone 0800 741 0011, 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, through electronic customer service, and from Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM, through personal service.
